ZMAXINC qualifies a select group of top call center vendors which most closely matches the needs of our Client’s program requirements.  Upon that list of companies ZMAXINC may develop, with our client, a request for proposal (RFP) to further define the overall capabilities of each vendor candidate.  Once the top vendors have been selected a site visit may be conducted for final approval.  ZMAXINC, through its competitive industry knowledge on application pricing and required “statements of work” (SOW) designs for the program, will offer insight to reasonable and proper contract suggestions with the Vendor once selected.
