Experimental Chatbot

Trained on NICE’s publicly available content.

This chatbot was created by:

(1) A bulk download of every video on NICE’s YouTube channel;

(2) Transcribing the videos to txt. format using OpenAI’s Whisper.

(3) Uploading the txt. files and providing the NICE website domain to Chatbase.co.

From that content, Chatbase.co trained the chatbot on 2,444,758 characters of text derived from 179 video transcripts and 132 web links.

Of course, we cannot guarantee any responses from the chatbot are accurate. We do not have any relationship with NICE. We simply had some questions about how NICE uses and stores customer data. Therefore, we developed this chatbot to efficiently research this topic.
