Bill has held senior executive positions in global call center firms since 1987. He started ZMAXINC in 1996 to create a comprehensive vendor network for companies seeking the best outsource solutions. Bill's reputation for honesty and fairness has established him as the “go-to-person” for outsourcing solutions. His decades of experience allows him to deliver fast and reliable results for clients. Bill’s talent in developing the perfect customer/vendor partnerships, building efficient operations, and creating new marketing applications has consistently delivered strong results for clients.

Bill's work ethic and integrity was learned at an early age from his father who returned from WWII seriously injured. Despite his injury, Bill's dad went on to establish a restaurant in the small textile manufacturing town of Scottsboro, Alabama. The "Davis Restaurant" became a staple to the community, and it is where Bill learned to serve others with a cheerful heart and to always exceed customer expectations.
