    Our goal is to identify the single best vendor for your opportunity. This selection is based on objective evidence demonstrating that they are the single best organization for the job. Our clients typically also want to see points of comparison, so we will often also help provide an analysis of two additional organizations.

  • Negotiation

    We assist our clients in the negotiation of their outsourcing arrangements. This includes ensuring that our clients are comparing vendors “apples-to-apples” and that outsource prices are competitive.

  • Ongoing monitoring

    To the extent desired by the client, we continue to monitor the vendors’ performance. This involves keeping track of the vendors key metrics and participating in business review meetings. Our ongoing involvement helps make sure that industry best practices are continually being adhered to.
